By accessing, purchasing, renting, or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Services Provided

On Brookside offers:

·       Tabletop rentals (including glassware, dinnerware, linens, and decor).

·       Event styling and design services.

·       Retail products for purchase.

All Services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued without notice.

4. Accounts & Orders

Some Services may require creating an account. You agree to:

·       Provide accurate and current information.

·       Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.

·       Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

5. Pricing, Payments, & Deposits

·       Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise noted.

·       Payments must be made in full at the time of booking or purchase unless otherwise agreed.

·       Rentals may require a non-refundable deposit.

·       You agree to pay any taxes, fees, or charges associated with your order.

6. Rental Terms & Liability

By renting from On Brookside, you agree:

·       Condition of Items: All rentals must be returned in the same condition as delivered. Normal wear is acceptable; damage, breakage, or loss will incur replacement or repair charges.

·       Responsibility: You assume full responsibility for rented items from delivery until return.

·       Use of Rentals: Items are intended for event and styling purposes only. Improper use may void liability coverage.

·       Waiver of Liability: On Brookside is not liable for injuries, accidents, allergic reactions, or damages arising from the use of rented items.

7. Event Styling & Force Majeure

·       On Brookside will make reasonable efforts to fulfill agreed styling services.

·       We are not liable for cancellations or non-performance due to causes beyond our control (including severe weather, natural disasters, labor disputes, supply chain delays, government restrictions, or public health emergencies).

8. Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

·       Retail Products: Returns are accepted within [X] days if unused and in original condition, unless marked final sale.

·       Rentals: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation within [X] days of the event will result in a cancellation fee of [X%].

·       Styling Services: Fees may be non-refundable depending on timing of cancellation.

9. Prohibited Uses

·       Harass, abuse, or harm others.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, text, images, designs, and products on our website and materials are owned or licensed by On Brookside. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit them without prior written consent.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

·       On Brookside is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

·       Our total liability in connection with the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless On Brookside, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of your use of the Services, including but not limited to damage or misuse of rentals.

14. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
